For personalized products please allow an additional 7 business days for items to ship. Shipping is different over the holidays. Please feel free to contact us for estimated ship dates.
There will be an additional charge for all packages shipped outside the United States. OUT OF STOCK
If any of the items are not in stock, we will contact you immediately. You may choose to wait for the out of stock items, substitute another product, or cancel your order. Your credit card will be charged only for the items that have been shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All personalized products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for any reason.
Non-personalized merchandise that has not been worn may be returned within 14 days from the purchase date for an exchange or online store credit only.
All products must be returned with all hangtags affixed and in perfect condition to ensure full store credit. Please contact us.
